(b) (carefully, with purpose) to watch a film, TV, somebody's actions; ~ la télé to watch TV

(c) to glance at (quickly); to stare at (for a long time)

(d) to look at, have (or) take a look at, check a machine, oil level

(e) (fig) to look at, consider a problem, situation; ~ comment résoudre un problème to look at (or) consider how to solve a problem

(f) (fig) to concern, involve somebody; ça ne te regarde pas it's none of your business
